Résumé :
Research efforts from our group in the past decade have focused on the functionalisation of non-activated C(sp3)-H bonds using catalysis by palladium(0) complexes. In particular, we have developed a series of reactions allowing the synthesis of diverse monocyclic and polycyclic systems in an efficient manner from (hetero)aryl and alkenyl halides through the intramolecular C-H activation of alkyl groups. This lecture will present some of the most recent aspects of this chemistry, including enantioselective reactions using different types of chiral catalysts,2 and applications in heterocycle3 and natural product synthesis.
